The new season starts tonight and is shot in NYC -- woot!

I've ordered a SAD therapy light and it arrives tomorrow -- not a moment too soon.

The next post from Aran at Cannelle et Vanille. She is amazing, and I'm so glad I found her blog. (Of course, after seeing her amazing pastries I feel completely inadequate, but it's almost worth it.)

Ruth, let me know what you think of your SAD light. I need one...
I tend to like this time of year, huddling close in the cool dark, but you're so right, the lack of sunlight starts to take a toll.
I hope the light works for you. It's no wonder that when Spring rolls around, giddiness returns!
