I'm participating in a local food fair on Saturday (weather permitting), and decided that homemade marshmallows would be a good product to introduce as the air gets nippy and people start thinking about hot cocoa. Naturally, we will need multiple flavors of marshmallows -- vanilla, chocolate, and at least one more.
I'm thinking cinnamon, chai spice, mint..... What flavor marshmallow would you like in your cocoa?

My initial instinct was mint. But mmm, caramel!
peppermint! peppermint!! and then little delicious tidbits of peppermint in the hot chocolate! yum.
Cinnamon. Love cinnamon in chocolate! Yum!
I love raspberry. But then, they have to be coated in bittersweet chocolate ;o)

but, oh what the hell, you can never have too much chocolate....
