I wish I had the patience to take decent pictures when finished with a cake, but mostly I'm just glad it's finished and impatient to go lie down.
Crappy pictures aside, I think the cake turned out well.

You know that I love your flower cakes, and this one's a beauty. It does lack the ummm...panache...of the melolanterns, but they would not be appreciated by just anyone. ;-)
