I am assuming that the 13 and 15 dollar bids are not eligible because there is not an e-mail address included in the comments.
Becky, the $13 bid is valid, as the bidder's ID links back to an email addess. Not true for Suzy's $15 bid, though, so Becky is currently the high bidder at $13.
