It was fun to be out and about, fun to meet new bloggers and catch up with old friends, fun to drink a beer on a weeknight (I'm out of control, I tell you). I spent yesterday completely immersed in everyone's mostly-new-to-me blogs and heartily recommend you do the same. They are funny, touching, creative, heartfelt, fresh, goofy, and fun. And good writers, to boot. Doesn't get much better than that.

I do not know the TV show name. Come on, someone must know and it cannot be Good Times...

Me: But she said the show was old.
HG: Oh, so it must be something else.
Me: Wait. Shit. Is So Called Life considered old?

Old? I dunno. It was aired when Angela hadn't stolen anyone's husband yet....

It was a pleasure getting to meet you, and I have a favor to ask: I have a friend whose husband was just diagnosed with PKD in December. Can I pass on your blog to her? It might be helpful to her family to have some local contacts.
