Garrick brought home a lovely virus from camp last week, and now I am hacking so hard I won't need to do my crunches for a week. Quin is similarly afflicted, with a soupcon of nasal congestion and blow-out sneezes in the mix.

We are all playing hooky today and hoping it's gone by tomorrow.

Meanwhile, my late morning nap gave me enough energy to make the base for Dorie's Honey-Peach Ice Cream. Hush, it's medicinal.
