A Word to the Wise

If you ever make the challah recipe from Rose Levy Berenbaum's "Bread Bible", do yourself a favor and shape it into two smaller loaves, rather than one large loaf.

Did I say large? That thing's about to eat Tokyo.

Big, but BEAUTIFUL!

The only challah I've made was from Beth Hensperger's Bread Made Easy. I should try RLB's.

It may be big, but I would still eat the whole loaf. The very thought of homemade challah bread, mmmmm.
